Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Felipe Ozorio

Advertising professional with more than 25 years in the market, including more than 13 years of experience in channel and partnership management and business development across advertising, software, and hardware.

He built his career in leadership roles at companies such as Google, SAP, and Samsung, in addition to working with startups. He led business teams and participated in regional and global projects.

He has a strong academic background, with an MBA in Marketing Management from FGV, Business Management from FIA, and specialization in Channel Distribution Management from Kellogg School in Chicago.

Elias Pinheiro

Co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer

Elias Pinheiro

Engineer and specialist in digital product creation and marketing. A natural entrepreneur with deep experience in innovation and business development, he combines analytical thinking and technology know-how to build simple, effective products capable of solving real market problems.

Thomas Chi

Thomas Chi

With 25 years of experience in the technology sector in Brazil and the United States, Thomas Chi has a broad background in sales, marketing, and data science. His career includes Brazilian startups, IBM, and Google.

At Google, where he was the third employee in Brazil, he played a key role in the company's growth and maturity in the country. He has expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and data science.

Tiago Welter

Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer

Tiago Welter

Entrepreneur and technology professional with a solid background in digital products and projects. He works across CRM and ERP, integrations and automation, moving comfortably between Salesforce, PHP, Python, and AWS.

Experienced in collaborating with global teams, he stays focused on results, quality, and scale. He has participated in startups such as IdealizeCRM, StreetSales, and LeverRise. He holds a bachelor's degree in Information Systems and a postgraduate degree in Investing & Banking.
